Love the vets and nurses here. Started visiting here due to Karen and her avian accreditation, but also now take our dog who Karen has saved now twice from cancer. Took our cat recently for last minute boarding when a pet sitter fell through, and she is a very timid and rather antisocial cat but the staff were wonderful with her. Would highly recommend.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Dr Heidi. We took our puppy in for an ear surgery after being mucked around by another vet. They were straight to the point with their information and treatment and most importantly cared more about our puppy than the money unlike the previous pet. After care of the operation was great and really put us at ease that our dog was on the mend!!

This was our first time ever being here, we had to have our little puppy vaccinated. Dr Dobson was absolutely fantastic with her, even though our little girl is a very friendly squirmy worm. The other Dr there I didn’t get his name he was finishing up with a patient and as the dog was leaving he gave him extras little squishes, as someone who prefers animals to people this is something I love to see. Really positive experience and our little puppy was so happy with all the treats she got.

Very happy I found this Vet. I have had both my birds here and always get the BEST care! Karen is an excellent Avian Dr. I'm so happy she's here in Penrith. I've always had exceptional service. Very friendly staff here. Very clean and also homey feeling which is nice, kind of cozy in a way. As for the cost, I would rate it good considering the expertise you're getting. Excellent vet!

So today I was expecting the worst news! But thanks to Dr Karen Dobson my feathered friend will go on to live a happy life, the compassion and expert advice given to me was second to none and would highly recommend her to anyone. I love that she is so passionate and has a genuine love and care for all birds.
